  • 2021 Montana Legislative session: Working group members and organizations are tracking numerous agriculture-related bills at the state legislature. Currently (as of March 3) the following bills are still active. Please contact your representatives to urge them to support or oppose these bills!
    • SB161: Allow certain subdivisions to qualify for an expedited review - OPPOSE
    • SB174: Revise laws related to local subdivision review - OPPOSE
    • HB527: Require draft proposals before initiating a county zoning/planning board - OPPOSE
    • SB199 - revising cottage food laws - OPPOSE
    • HB 235 - Fund Double Snap Dollars program - SUPPORT
